Amazon does not negotiate on prep. A missing FNSKU label, a polybag without a suffocation warning, a carton over the weight limit — any one of them and your shipment is refused, relabelled at your cost, or sits in a queue while your listing goes out of stock.
We prepare your goods to Amazon’s requirements in China, check them before loading, and ship them to your FBA warehouse.
What we prepare
- FNSKU labels applied to each unit, correctly placed and scannable.
- Polybags with the suffocation warning where the product requires it.
- Bundling and sets — multi-packs assembled and labelled as one sellable unit.
- Carton labels and shipment labels from your Seller Central shipping plan.
- Carton weight and dimensions kept inside Amazon’s limits so nothing is rejected at receiving.
- Made-in-China marking and any other country-of-origin requirement for your marketplace.
How it fits together
- You send us the shipping plan. The FNSKU labels and carton labels from Seller Central, plus how you want units bundled.
- Prep in China. Labelling, bagging and bundling are done at the factory or at our warehouse before the cartons are sealed.
- We check before loading. Labels scanned, quantities counted, cartons weighed — we would rather find a mistake here than have Amazon find it.
- Shipping. Express, air freight or sea freight to your FBA warehouse, with tracking and customs paperwork sent to you.

Common questions
Can you prep goods from a supplier I already use? Yes. Your supplier delivers to us, we prep, then ship.
Can you hold stock and send it in batches? Yes. We can store your goods and release them to FBA as your inventory runs down, which keeps your storage fees and the cash tied up in stock lower.
Do you handle customs? We handle export from China and can arrange delivered-duty-paid shipping. For your import side we prepare the commercial invoice and packing list your broker needs.
