A problem found inside the factory costs a conversation. The same problem found in your warehouse costs the whole shipment. We check your goods in China, before they are loaded, while the factory can still put them right.

- Production is finished and you do not want to pay the balance on photographs alone.
- A previous order arrived wrong and you are not repeating that.
- You are about to ship to Amazon, where a labelling mistake means the whole shipment is refused.
Factory audit — before you place the order
If you have found a supplier yourself and want someone to look at them before you transfer a deposit, we visit the factory for you: the workshop, the machines, the production line and the warehouse — with photos and video of what is actually there.
Quoted separately, per visit, like inspection.
Pre-shipment inspection — before the goods leave
- Quantity. Cartons counted, pieces per carton verified against the packing list.
- Workmanship. Random units opened and checked against your approved sample.
- Specification. Sizes, materials, colours and logo printing against what you signed off.
- Packaging and labelling. Retail box, barcode, warning labels, carton marks and carton weight.
What you get back
Photos and video of your actual goods, before the cartons are sealed.
How it is priced
Inspections and factory audits are quoted on their own, per visit. The figure depends on where the factory is, how many units there are and how much has to be checked — so we give you the number before you decide, never after.
It is not bundled into our sourcing fee. That is deliberate: a check that costs us nothing is a check worth nothing.
Common questions
Can you inspect goods from a factory I found myself? Yes. This is a standalone service — you do not have to source through us.
What happens if the goods fail? We go back to the factory on your behalf and push for rework, replacement or a price adjustment. Because the goods are still in China and the balance is still unpaid, you have leverage. After delivery, you have very little.
How far in advance should I book? Tell us as soon as you have a production finish date. Inspection is normally arranged in the last few days before loading.
